Position: Tax Associate

Experience: 5+ years of (Law Firm) tax law experience

Practice Focus:Federal, State, and International Tax Law for technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises

Salary Range: $365,000 - $435,000 (based on year classification)

Responsibilities:

• Support tech and life sciences clients at all growth stages
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance
• Handle equity financings, technology transfers, complex licensing and collaboration arrangements
• Engage in domestic and international tax planning

IMPORTANT: Sole practitionerswill not work, and candidates.must have an experience in Am Law 200*

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of (Law Firm) tax law experience
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Superior academic credentials

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $365,000 - $435,000 (based on year classification)
