Job Description
: Our client is currently looking to bring on a Technical Accounting Leader! Establish and manage internal audit process; serving as annual audit lead Prepare annual consolidated GAAP financial reports including a balance sheet, a statement of income, a statement of equity, a statement of cash flows, including notes to the financial statements. Research US GAAP guidance and provide technical accounting guidance.

Create and manage technical accounting memos and white papers. Lead implementation of new accounting standards. Work cross-functionally with business functions to ensure timely identification of accounting and financial matters.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is required. CPA license preferred but not required. 5-7 years of progressively responsible accounting experience preferably in construction industry Big 4 audit experience a plus Experience with Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics a plus Strong knowledge of GAAP Why is This a Great Opportunity: Growing company that hires from within Will be the main point of contact for all matters technical accounting Salary Type : Annual Salary Salary Min : 125000 Salary Max : 150000 Currency Type : US Dollars.
