Riverlink is seeking a Relationship Manager who will have a pivotal role in supervising client relationships and providing essential support to the wealth management team. Your duties will encompass overseeing client interactions, ensuring timely follow-through, and actively contributing to the formulation of personalized investment recommendations.

Main Duties: Act as the main point of contact for handling client service queries and resolving issues. Address client requests, provide support, and offer financial investment advice in line with team philosophy. Create and maintain each client's financial plan while handling investment-related paperwork, including applications and withdrawal requests.

Stay informed on market conditions relevant to client objectives. Support the Operations Team under the guidance of the Operations Manager. Familiarity with Fidelity systems is a plus.

Preferred Experience: Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field. 5+ years of experience in wealth management. Relevant certifications such as CFP, CIMA, or CFA are advantageous.

Series 65, 7, and 66 certifications are preferred
