The Senior Collector Opportunity:

Due to ongoing expansion, we are currently looking to recruit exceptional, experienced collectors to join our collections team on a full time, permanent basis.

Your time will be split between working in our Epsom office and working from home.

You will report directly to the Operations Manager, and your main duties will include:

+ Chasing overdue debts by telephone
+ Liaising with clients and legal advisors
+ Posting confirmed payments
+ Raising, chasing and concluding queries
+ Developing key client relationships
+ Producing client reports

About you:

Essential Requirements:

+ Previous experience in a fast-paced, targeted credit control/debt collection environment
+ Exceptional communication skills with clear command of the English Language, both written and orally
+ A keen desire to quickly learn and develop
+ Enthusiasm for a challenge

Ideal Requirements:

+ A 2nd Language

We offer annual remuneration of £30,250 OTE and are prepared to financially support relevant professional qualifications.
