The Supervisor, Policy, Process, and Controls is responsible for evaluating risks, processes, and controls to support control environment. This includes evaluating, recommending and implementing improvements in processes and controls to improve process efficiency and control effectiveness.

The incumbent will supervise the development, implementation, and training on Finance policies across the finance team. The incumbent will lead business process owners throughout the organization regarding the Company's expectations for creating and maintaining a strong control environment through robust process documentation. Job Responsibilities: Process and Policy Management Supervises the development, drafting and implementation of new Finance policies.

Identifies gaps in the current Finance policy environment and develops plan to close gaps. Develops implementation guidance and training on Finance polices to support compliance Proactively evaluates and works with process owners to identify opportunities to improve efficiency of current processes, develops reporting on process efficiency and maturity, and supports reporting to the Process and Controls Council (PCC) Develops expertise in process improvement, including use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), evaluation of new software, and other methods to support continuous improvement in process environment. Internal Control Environment Management Leads the annual risk assessment process.

Works with process and control owners to evaluate risks to their processes and controls and maintain or develop controls to address those risks Maintains the North American Risk and Controls Matrix (RACM). Works with other groups within the Company to ensure conformity of the North American RACM with other RACMs maintained by the business Works with control owners to identify internal control deficiencies, bring them to management's attention, including the PCC, and remediate the deficiency Supports reporting of control matters to the PCC Proactively evaluates and works with control owners to identify opportunities in the performance of controls, including through automation, to improve control efficiency and maturity Supports testing of key reports and critical spreadsheets. Advises process and control owners on the development of new key reports/critical spreadsheets.

Administers the annual review of service organization reporting and critical third parties Accounting, Systems, and General Management Supports the strategic direction and development of functionality of systems, including the implementation of S/4 HANA, Salesforce, and other systems, including the assessment of risks and controls as a result of implementation of these systems Support the Company's recognition of revenue through review of revenue contracts and validation of key controls related to those contracts, as required Provides assistance to Management throughout the Company on selected projects, as required Successful incumbents will have: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or its equivalent, is required Master's degree in Accounting is preferred CPA license (or similar professional licensure, such as Certified Internal Auditor) is preferred 5+ years of diversified accounting experience with accounting systems, internal controls, accounting procedures, and related technical pronouncements Excellent oral and written communication skills required Position Scope/Contribution: Ensures compliance with FASB, SEC, PCAOB and internal control requirements. Coordinates communications with internal auditors, external auditors and various corporate departments. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity of the Company's financial statements, providing assurance over the financial controls, maintaining financial systems, training finance team members as to the Company's expectations and continually improving the efficiency of the Company's internal controls, financial processes and business environment.
